Online learning, or e-learning, is much more effective than the traditional method. There is no doubt, there is no printed training manual, face-to-face class. In addition, thanks to current technology, information, documentation, live classes can be shared at the moment, reducing costs, salaries and material.

 
 
Currently many organizations use the e-learning system to train their employees using similar tools in their performance and adaptable on any device, computer, tablet, smartphone and more.
The least used and growing at an impressive rate is gamification. In today's semi-traditional system, training through an LMS many employees have concentration problems and do not engage in training.

Training doesn't work
